Non-Refundable Services: All coaching services are non-refundable. This policy reflects our dedication to personalized support and the time invested in each client.

Exceptions: In cases of emergencies or illness, we understand that circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session due to such reasons, please inform us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your session within 5 days of the original appointment, ensuring you receive the full benefit of our services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the scheduled session will result in a forfeiture of the session.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so within 5 days of your original appointment. This ensures continuity in your coaching journey and optimal scheduling for all clients.
